Known as "Black Friday" in July, Amazon Prime Day will feature over a million deals.

I will be posting loads of Facebook deals on my Facebook deals fan page and a few more exclusive ones in my Facebook deals group. This is my fourth year covering Prime Day and I know that people get overwhelmed, so I will be updating this post throughout Prime Day to include the best deals.

Note that lightning deals are not included below but you can find them on the Facebook deals fan page .

Background / Tips

When

Prime Day begins at 3 p.m. ET (noon PT) on Monday, July 16 and ends 11:59 p.m. ET on Tuesday night, July 17. A few deals are available in advance (see below).

Deals of the Day / Promos

These include categories of items (like clothing), as well as big ticket items (last year included Instapot and accessories, iRobot Roomba vacuum and Anova Sous Vide.

If you are looking for something specific, click here and type whatever you are looking for into the search bar. Items may be an additional 20-30% off at the final step of checkout (so if it doesn't seem discounted, try adding it to your cart and going all the way to the final checkout stage).

Coupons

Amazon rolls out loads of new coupons for Prime Day. Click here to get to the coupon landing page and type in your favorite brand to see if a coupon applies.

Coupons are typically offered on groceries, drinks, toiletries, baby food, baby formula and diapers. There is a special page featuring up to 25% coupons on snacks and drinks.

Lightning Deals

Lightning deals go live every five minutes and often sell out almost instantly. You can typically see all lightning deals 24 hours in advance. You can find all active and upcoming lightning deals here. You can filter by category. For example, here is the landing page for all lightning deals on baby items.

Amazon Subscription / Rental Services

Restrictions may apply (e.g., first time subscribers only), but here are the basics of these deals:

Three months of Kindle Unlimited (works on Apple devices too) for $1 (normally $10/month)
Four months of Amazon Music for $1 (normally $7.99/month)
3 months of Audible for $4.95 per month ($30 savings, unclear whether for new Audible subscribers only -- so try to take advantage even if you have used Audible in the past)
$2 movie rentals

Amazon Devices & Accessories

In advance of Prime Day, Amazon dropped the price of the Echo Show to $130 ($100 savings). This deal is expected to end when Prime Day is over.

Warehouse Deals

Amazon is offering 20% off Warehouse deals in a bunch of categories. Warehouse deals are often open box or dented box returns. Find all Warehouse deals here.
